The Method

How the work is sequenced.

Real healing isn't random. There's a sequence — a clinical logic — that makes the difference between symptoms that come and go and root causes that are actually resolved.

1
Foundation

Open the drainage pathways first.

This is the step most people skip — and why they get stuck. Before detoxification can happen effectively, the body's drainage pathways must be open and functioning: bowel regularity, liver and bile flow, lymphatic movement. If the exits are blocked, pushing the body to release toxins only redistributes them. We open the drainage before anything else.

2
Detoxification

Address the body burden systematically.

With drainage flowing, we begin addressing what the body has been accumulating — heavy metals, chemical compounds, parasitic load, mold, and other environmental burdens. This phase is methodical, not aggressive. We move at the pace the body can handle, monitoring symptoms and adjusting. The goal is thorough, not fast.

3
Mineral Balance

Rebuild the terrain.

Heavy metals and toxins displace minerals — and mineral deficiencies are behind a staggering number of symptoms that get labeled as chronic illness, mood disorders, and hormonal dysfunction. Once the body has cleared enough burden, we focus on restoring mineral balance: magnesium, potassium, zinc, sodium, and the cofactors that allow them to do their work.

4
Integration

What surfaces as the body clears.

Something happens in this work that isn't in most protocol guides. As the physical burden lifts, people begin to access things that were buried underneath it. Old emotional material. Long-held beliefs. Parts of themselves they'd shut down. This is where coaching becomes not just useful but essential — to meet what comes up with intention rather than resistance.

What underpins everything.

The body keeps score.

Emotional experiences aren't just mental events — they live in the tissue. Trauma, stress, and suppressed emotion alter physiology. Physical healing and emotional healing are not separate tracks.

Symptoms are information.

Suppressing symptoms without understanding them is not healing. A symptom is the body communicating. The work is to learn what it's saying — not silence it.

Sequence matters more than supplements.

It's not just what you take — it's when, and in what order. A protocol that skips drainage or moves too fast creates more burden, not less. Sequence is the clinical craft.

You are the healer.

I don't heal anyone. I build a protocol, hold a container, ask the right questions. Your body does the healing. This work requires your participation — not just your compliance.
